Just a thought, but dating back to 2nd Ed 40k, Marine battle companies have
been 6 tactical squads, 2 dev and 2 assault, might be an idea to reflect
this in NE5 by having 2 detachments of 6 tactical, one of 4 assault and one
of 4 dev?

The other companies (tactical, assault and devestator) can remain as they
are, reflecting the fact that they are roughly in proportion to the 100
specialists they represent.

The veteran company as well could do with being mixed vets and termies, for
example 2 det of four terminator stands and 2 dets of 6 veteran stands?
