Well, the discussion died somehow but I still have a
webpage containing the four proposals made regarding
this would-be rule.

Despite each variant is described in just one or two
sentence, there are very subtle differences and they
should be weighted carefully.
There was no final agreement, but no bawling out as
well! So the topic is still open.
I don't know if such rule should belong to core or
optional. I don't know if you think it's enough to
proceed to vote. It's up to you.
