Unit Model Aspect

Who made stormsword MK1 : GW or FW?
FW made stormsword MK2 ?

Storm sword mk2 has no buldozer blade, allthought Storm sword MK1
has one, why ?

Some vehicle in epîc40K and epicA exist in two different model with
buldozer blade, and without. ( Vindicator in SM1 and in Epic A)
Should we create new unit for them, or ignore this fact?
