I've done about as much as I'm going to, so it's time to poll on the
last few items. I'll set the polls for just under two weeks so I can
finish things up over the weekend of the 2nt-3rd. If you've an
opinion and suggestions, now's about the last time to speak up.

Secondly, I'd like folks to proofread the rules & let me know where
the errors are. Thanks.
