Necron List: Now or later?

Hi!

As the NetEpic version 5.0 enters the hone stretch I focused some
attention on a potential Necron list.

It ocurred to me that since their are no miniatures out yet, nor any
guarantee to get any.

The question is should time be spent NOW to make a list. OR should 5.0
proceed to culmination and a potential Necron list come later since
there is no rush.

Opinions?
