POLL QUESTION: The suggestions was made that, rather
than try to round off fractions of 100,
that Victory Points be determined by
the formula: 25 points = 1 VP. This
would eliminate any round-off errors or
uncertainties.
Army-specific increases (such as Squats
and Iron Hands) would then be
calculated.
