Hi!

Definitely have warlords available to all chaos armies as a generic unit.

I would add that chaos power specific titans (as per the CJ articles I
sent you) be included as optional units (see more on this below).

Thus people can use generic warlord titans or specific ones.

Regarding those CJ rules, while I tend to think that they should be
optional (its probably easier), they are very old and have been used by
a lot of people over the years with a good track record. It could be
possible members can accept them as core.

I dont mind either way.
