[NetEpic ML] targeting buildings/ woods

  How bout if you, when targeting a building with enemy in it, with a baraged weapon make it always scatter 2d6,even if you have line of sight, or 1d6 if you have a forward obsever. When targeting woods, always scatters 3d6, or 2d6 with a forward obsever. I feel the pain, when they run into a building and say, You can target them. If the army has to take a city from someone, You can bet their going to take out some buildings first. Even if they can't see them hiding in them
