5.0 Beta2 army books are up!

Playtesting aside, we're done!

Minor edits can be added over the summer, and I'll release the final
5.0 books near September. Hopefully this will coincide with the
publication of NetEpic Gold.

In the meantime I'll work on the pile of cut-and-paste notes that
comprise the Optional Rules, Hardware and Tactica books.
