[NetEpic ML] Heresy point cost formula question

Now that I have the formula I need help on what I do wrong. I calculated a
point cost for an IG tactical stand:
 
3(armor) + 2 * 3(assault) + 10(move) /10 + 5(morale) = 15
Lasgun: 20(range) /10 + [1(firepower) * 1(penetration) * (10 -
8(accuracy))*0.5(anti-infantry)] = 3
 
So I get a total of 18 which divided by 2 should be the value of a single
stand. However, a detachment of 10 tactical stands costs 70 and not 90. What
did I do wrong?
