You use the maximum strategic move of 25cm, that will make up for the points
difference.

What I meant is that I get too high point value for the stand. I get 9 while
it should be 7. If the strategic move is used then the cost goes up to 9.75,
which times 10 is 100 if rounded up. But the Tactical detachment in the army
list costs 70.
 
In the same way, I get too low point value for SM tacticals.
Bolter cost = 40(range)/10 + [1(firepower) * 1(penetration) * (10 -
7(accuracy))] * 0.5(anti - infantry) = 5.5
 
Stand cost = [5(armor) + 2*5(assault) + 25(move)/10 + 7(morale) +
5.5(bolter) + 5(rapid fire) + 5(stubborn)] / 2 = 20.
 
There are 4 stands in Tac det which gives me a point value of 80. In the
list it is 85.
