NetEpic Skaven (Rats in Space)

Hi guys,
New meat to chew on!

Back in '04 I saw an Epic Skaven army on e-bay. I was broke (as
usual) but I wrote the guy. Here is what he sent me.

like. We had a lot of fun with it, but we all got out
after E40K came out and was such a disappointment.

I have just up loaded the file. It is well written. It includes
background, Special rules, Army cards, detachments and unit stats.
It even tells what and how to convert to make the figs. Mostly Orc
stuff but some others. Mostly things that are fairly plentiful and
easy to get.

Someone more familiar with NetEpic please look at this and see what
needs to be tweaked. Since I am a bit wierd, I will be building an
army as soon as i find the vehicles for my Smurfs.
 I keep planning to do Slann but the budjet never seems to alow the
purchase of the figs. In the mean time I work with what I have. (I
didn't need a full chapter of Ultra Marines)
