I have uploaded to the vault the updated final form. These include all the latest feedback and editing.
The Core rules and army lists are in MS word format and are ll under 100k, except the core rules at 250k.
The vault includes ALL the counters needed for playing Heresy, these include:
Barrage templates
Flamer templates
Order counters
Flyer counters
Suppression counters
Morale level counters
These files are in PDF format, since Jpeg format distorted the size, unfortunately the sizes of the last four are substancial (around 700-900k) and the barrage ones around 170k average.
The rules on titans and praetorians will be forthcoming in final form.

I would like to take the opportunity to publically thank Paul Echeverri who placed his considerable technical editing skills to really polish the Heresy rules. As you'll see the look and presentation of the rules have benefitted enormously.
