what did you make with the rapier????

the old SM2nd rules say that they have a TSM 0 and cost value of 50
points ! and now in the new rules they have -3 with a cost value of
75...a plus of 25 points gives you a -3 TSM...great deal!!!! this is
quake cannon class! why did you do that??? i think you can not change
te original sm2nd rules in this way!

and by the way did you compare the robots cost and break points and
moral value from the SM and IG armylist? what can i believe?
