hey dude,
     I feel they cost so mch because of the no first fire and in close
combat your opponnet must make a break check. I also feel the great unclean
one is the most useful. I once had the pleasure of making a boarding action
against a mega- gargant with plague bearers and the great unclean one very
nasty. It's also a plus as long as your greater demon is still alive or
whatever you pas moral checks automaticaly.
Don't forget about purchasing a plague tower for the G U O.
