Orc Movement

Hi Guys,

Probably a simple question to answer (I hope).

What are the differences between Orcs and Astarters movement on the
board? I get the impression Orcs have to stay closer together, whereas
Astarters can split thier companies during play. Could somebody please
enlighten me.
