I'm also in the "will never order from him again" camp.� He sent wrong and completely wrong items and offered no apology...just offered a refund as long as I didn't mind the extra expense of sending it back.� He does have a good range and his OS shipping is more reasonable that GW, but his prices in the main are close to top of market anyway.� I'll just be a little more patient and go through Fleabay.

I've had trouble with him too. First order one of the
Epic Chaos Primarchs was missing, but I figured it was
out of stock or something. Was a few bucks, no
worries.

Second time an army book was the previous edition, and
a couple figures were the wrong kind. Emailed him 4
or 5 times and got no replies.

I will never order from them and I won't recommend
anyone else order from him either.

I've ordered Epic gear about 4 times now (all small orders) - no problems
whatsoever, nothing missing.

A friend of mine, otoh, says he ordered a couple of times, and had some
issues. I won't go into detail (don't want to id him :), but it didn't sound
like huge issues. Still, an issue is an issue.

Thanks all for your feedback. He has amazing, hard to find products,
at reasonable prices. It sound like there have been a few "bumps" but
nothing too horrible. I will chalk up my single issue to just bad luck.

YOU CAN HELP Lost order

This is a "call to conscience" for all who have order from the
Chaosorc.com store recently. I placed an order last month which was
apparently lost in the mail. Although I DID receive a full refund, I
would prefer to receive the product I ordered. If you mistakenly
received a package with product you did not order, please contact him
and return it. Its hard enough to make a small business work, but
when a loss or theft occurs, it makes it that much more difficult.
He's out the product, the order, and now the cash for my refund - a
triple whammy to his business! If you can return the unordered
product, it would be a great assistance to help keep this guy in
business and continue to make these hard to find gems available for
us. Many Thanks. Your courage and honesty will be truly appreciated.
