I believe you can if your base touches more than 1 unit and it cannot be evend out if you have more units involced.

Just remember that each additional unit you charged gets a bonus.

I have the doubt if I can charge with one of my units engaging more than one enemy unit in close combat.

Can I do that or I must charge to only one unit?
