Hi,

Well we haven't played with Slann yet either, Rune is currently assembeling
a Slann army (Which isn't easy since there is no one selling Ral Partha
miniatures in Norway). And as usuall he has bombardet us with revisions even
befor we playtest the NetEpic rules (ref. the necron numbercruncher he wrote
about here earlier). But I guess he's going to have to stick with the
NetEpic rules for a couple of games before we start making revisions on our
own (As you might gather we have several "house rules")

And one of our most debated topics has been the importance of diversity in
every Epic Army, or else we might as well all play with space marines. An
armys "special flavor" is an exellent description.

I agree that the slann on paper, seems to be quite powerfull, but I guess
that they'll have problems when they meet numerically superior enemies such
as the guard and orks. And I do believe that the Slann Army is a valuable
addition to the NetEpic family. I would really like to se some sort of
campain involving the slann in the near future.

Nils
