Despite the huge number of human unit types, they are divided into three
different types of armies. Space Marines, Imperial Guard, and Tech
Forces, they all have a unique "flavor". Each one might as well be a
different race.

I do agree, however, that Chaos has a huge variety of troops, and seems
to have the best of everything. But to be fair, I haven't had much
opportunity to play them. I sure seem to battle them alot, however.

And your right, Eldar stuff is BAAAD! Eldar are very powerfull in thier
own specialized areas. The trick, as any Eldar player knows, is in
getting those specialized units to work together. IF you can do that,
your going to win.

Well, controlling the Warp is no easy task. The Mekboys that try to
attempt it, don't live too long.

OK, Eldar have great technology, but as a game rule, do you really want
this weapon to hit half the time, when it scatters? YOU might, but how
about the guy on the opposite side of the table? I smell cheese.

Well, Eldar Titans do not have as many weapons to choose from as humans,
that's true of course. But, what race has the best looking titans?
Eldar, hands down!!!! Eldar titans are not specialists in hand to hand.
This Ancient race has seen races rise and fall, and seen the humans go
through the Dark Age of Technology. Probably even battled them a time
or two. They know what works for them, and what doesn't.

That being said, it is very tempting to want to add a weapon or two to
the Eldar Arsenal. Perhaps we could add some, as an Alternate Rule.
Both players would have to agree. I'm just worried about Play Ballance.
An alternate rule would allow some time for play testing and evaluation.

One other point to consider. I'm not too hot on adding or modifying new
weapons to my titans. Not because I think they wouldn't look cool,
mainly just for the resale/collectors value.

What does everyone else think?
