You already place separate orders for vehicles and infantry in mechanized
detachments such as marines. Anyway, the tank crew wouldnt suddenly become
commanders with all tyhe decisiveness and initiative that a commander is
assumed to have, just because a nob leaps on board (or clings to the hull)
