In a real military situation, for example a US ARMY bradley troop carrier
with a divisional officer inside. The vechile commander is still in charge
of the vechile, he commands the Bradley, the dvisional officer thought using
comm equipment in the bradly still exhibits the same command radius as he
does outside the vechile ( the wonder of communication equipment) also the
vechile commanders tend to be more careful of exposing the carrrier to enemy
fire whith higher ranking officers on board. I would suggest that command
stands do not actually change the attributes of the troop carrier, but
instead continue to exhibite their own command level attributes from inside
the vechile.
