Hi!
Thanks for bringing this up I thought I was the only one!
I have always interpreted that ANY shot be it barrage or direct, rolls for
scatter against a titan and thought that was the intent of the net epic
rules too.
I have played for years this way and while it confers an edge to the eldar
titan, I;m not sure how much better it will actually be.
