How did you come to that conclusion?
We should playtest more, and therefore maybe the cost should
go up? I think i'll wait till i see what Peter cooks up before
this
gets out of hand...

Exactly so we shouldn't refer to other army cost, better to
playtest
(and a new army need a lot of playtest) and trim costs and
stats
according to the test, formulas can have a role when you
start the
design of the Army, but at this point we should use only
testing and
common sense IMHO.
