This is taking in count all the tanks, APC's, AA, super heavies, walkers,
planes, Preatrions, and some Knights. They all have Necron intell chips, but
are not pepole, only a small part of the Necron army is foot troop type thus
making Necron infantry low in number. Now if you add all them together then
the Necron would make up more of the fighting force then the True Slann.
