Revision update

Hi!

I have finally finished all the files for revision except those in the hands
of list members (IG and chaos). Once I get those and re-edit the revision is
truly done. I used print outs to make sure I got everything and I have proof
read it for typos. Hopefully I reduced them to almost zero.

Once all the files are done they will be available for general viewing and
commentary.
