wait a min, the IG are the PDF, this is the lowest you can be, in all fluff
IG are fearful of there commanders and only fight for that is what they are
told to do if not be shot. Commiasars in the old days would kill a unit
commander if he failed his mission and take control of the unit himself. So
now you want to change history of fluff to meet your likein, hhhuuummm.
