The Scarabs are and will be for Necron use only, it is for all there units.
The changes for the troops are just to bring them into reallity, the way
they are now makes them like having a Super Heavy with 2 chances to save.
Dropping the one fixed and letting them repair in CC makes them like Blood
Letters with guns, with the abillity to upgrade at a cost. The upgrade would
then give them a 6+ save modifyable and there repair of 5+ still very
tought, and not much of a change. Just don,t see the reason for them to have
2 fixed save, this is unreal.
