Hi Peter!
Yes, I'm sure. Armies of the Imperium and Titan Legions both use 5+ to
hit for the Hellhound flame template.
The Ork flame tanks hit on a 4+, but do not use the template.
All flame weapons ignore cover.
Has this has been altered by Net Epic?
