Yep. The Slann. For those of you on the list who don't know, the Slann
are remanents from the older history of the Warhammer Worlds. The Slann
are an ancient race descended from an amphibian species (thus they look
like Frogs). They are incredibly old and taught the Eldar most of their
Psyker abilities and technology. Their technology and grasp of the nature
of the Warp are far beyond even the Eldar's abilities. Eventually a great
catastrophy caused the Slann to leave our galaxy, leaving only pockets of
their kind behind. Recently they have returned, possibly to help fight off
the Tyranid threat.

In the NetEpic history, they created the Necrons and Lizards as helpers for
their society. Thus the Necrons are included in the Slann army.
