Do you mean 15/20mm? If so there are a number of companies in the
UK...Ground Zero Games have just released some Sci Fi, Table Top Miniatures
do both, Alternative Armies(now defunct, I think they are trading under
Crescent City miniatures) do both, Pete Pig do both and so do Irregular
Miniatures.

If you want good/very good 15mm Fantasy try Demon World a German company
that are on the web they are simply the best!! of cause there are a few
other 15mm Fantasy ranges I could recommend as well let me know if you want
more.
These are all I can think of right now, hope its help full.
