banshees

hi,
i don't agree with restriction for banshees.
it is said they can not use their screaming calpability
to destroy a target with saving throw.
But i used to fight against space marine and
they now have an armor save.
The banshees are quite useless against them now.

I suggest to say :
"scream cannot be used against armored target
except infantry stand without fixed armor save"

What do you guys think about this ??
