Best way to eliminate some of the fears about the new chaos legions is to
enforce the demonic hatred concepts. No combining Nurgle and Tzeentch or
Slaanesh and Khorne in the same armies. They're just as likely to fight
each other as to fight the enemy. This way, you won't get World Eaters
and Iron Warriors together, or Thousand Sons and Death Guard together.
It seems that this is a bit over looked when putting this stuff together.
