treeting troops in a Veh/Titan as a seperet target is what you want to do just thank about this.............all the changes you would have to make to all the rules.....i for one don t

It all comes down to one thing can you shoot at the troops in the titans ? NO! you cant so you cant hit them with anykind of weapon. If you could there would be a to hit mod to shoot at them making a mess of it all and rolling saves for them every time you shoot at the titan with a blast weapon. To some it up you can't target troops that are in a Vehicle/titan with any type of weapon, even if they have gun ports to shoot at you.!
