in epic you cannot fire from a trasnport. In 40K you can shoot with half
your troops, except the chimera where 6 transported models can fire lasguns,
and one man can fire any weapon he likes from a top hatch.
But for epic scale games i think not allowing troops to fire from a
transport is fine
