Warhammer 40K Praetorians

Hi!
Does anyone know anything about the Imperial Guard Praetorian
Regiments? (Those dressed up as colonial era englishmen)What makes
them different from the other IG regiments?

I really like their uniforms, and should I ever play 40K, it would be
them or the Mordians. (Guess I'm a little wrecked from all those
years playing in various School and Marching Bands....)LOL

If anyone have any fluff on them (or the Mordians) I would really
apreciate it!
