You can't. The Banelord is fixed weapon Titan isn't it? Have we changed
NetEpic so that the Banelord can have any Chaos weapons it likes? I was
always under the impression that the Banelord was fixed in having the
Doomfist (left arm), Havock Missile Rack (both carapace mounts), Hell
Burner (right arm), Khornate Cannon Head and Khornate Cannon Tail. If it
has been changed then my vote is to change it back! Its a fixed type of
Titan!

As far as Energy Whips and where they go, Arm Only weapons.
