As I recall they were ALL special cards, they'd just keep their actual COST.

I thought we agreed that the IG Death strikes were the ones that had to
spend a special card to get these type of missiles and that Titans were
allowed to get them as normal weapons. This was way back when we were voting
on changes for the armies
