Actually, they are the size of superheavy taks, but you could argue that
knight suits are more fragile.
Also, with their shields they are a mjor pain in the ass already, so no
shields.
Do ork stompas get counted as superheavies???
They would propably be more structurally tough than an eldar or imperial
machine
