Hmmm, I think that sentinels would be the last thing to thrash in order to
make differences.
Both Knights and Sentinels are walkers..... Simmilar operation???? Well, the
sentinels would make ideal squire vehicles, squires earning their spurs in
combat recieve the hounour of becomming a knight....

I think they should have too, but they were trashed to make some differences
between IG and TG armies.,
Anyway, one possible explanaton could be that knight worlds have little
resources to produce many vehicles (most of it going to their kngiht suits)
and cannot afford to produce vehicle spurely for scouting as the guard can.
But the adeptus mechanicus should definately be able to buy them...
