its called "Gear Krieg" from dream pod 9 and yes they only have 2 Gear minis out so far ,but they are pushing you to use anyones 15mm WWII tanks and troops with their rules. that takes a lot from their Heavy Gear Rules.
any way its a cool idea I ve been look at their web page just look under Dream Pod 9 to find them
