The Princeps of Teutatis, Vercentius, is a full-fledged psycher. He is what
is known as an Illuminati. All Illuminati were latent psychers with
abilities that had not been noticed by the Imperium. Possessed by a Daemon
at a young age, he was one of the few to cast its powers from his body, only
to be left with a nightmare understanding of the universe. By most
standards, Illuminati are insane and display traits of minds teetering on
the edge of out of control. Their Order is strange and bizarre, operating
somewhat under the control of the Emperor. Their minds, tainted with the
touch of Chaos, are capable of seeing twists of fate that even the Emperor
and all his purity cannot see. This makes the Illuminati a valuable asset.

Suspended in his sensorium tank, the Princeps surveys the battle and directs
the Titan. His psychic abilities extend a 3+ psychic saving throw to
Teutatis. It also gives Teutatis a special Prescience re-roll once per game
as Vercentius sees his death with a quick sense. Any single dice roll which
involves Teutatis (whether it be a shot to hit, a close combat roll, an
armor save or damage roll) may be re-rolled. The re-roll stands even if it
is worse.

The Princeps has gained a reputation for rapid, whirling assaults. To
represent the power and ruthlessness with which he can strike, Teutatis is
counted as possessing the Trample Commander Battle Honour.

The left arm of Teutatis mounts a powerful Volcano Cannon. The Volcanao
Cannon is long-ranged and is capable of punching through even the heaviest
armor. Due to its destructive power, the Volcano Cannon adds a +3 to damage
rolls against Titans and Gargants.

Teutatis has had its right arm equipped with a special Titan Lightning Claw.
The Lightning Claw adds +4 to Teutatis's CAF and it does an extra +1 damage
against Titans and Gargants. Buildings struck by the Lightning Claw must
make a save at a -3 or be destroyed.

The head of Teutatis has been specially equipped with a pair of compact
Laser Burners. These Laser Burners are used in close combat to incinerate
infantry and vehicles or to slice into larger opponents such as Titans and
Gargants. The Laser Burners add a +3 to the CAF of Teutatis, raising its
overall CAF to an impressive +19.

Long ago, additional armor plating was added to Teutatis in order to keep it
well-protected even amongst the thickest of fighting. The armor rating on
every location has been increased by 1.

The crew of Teutatis has reached an elite status after experiencing so much
combat over thousands of years. They are quick and efficient with a
specialty in damage control. Also, since the Princeps' psychic connection to
the Titan has allowed him to take over additional functions, more crewmen
are free to make repairs. To represent this, Teutatis counts as possessing
the Damage Control Crew Battle Honour.

Teutatis and its crew have ranged far and wide in search of what shall cause
such turmoil to the Empire of Man sometime in the uncertain future. In all
of their wanderings they have acquired several different weapon artifacts.
Everytime Teutatis goes into battle it may carry a different weapon mount.
To account for this, roll a d6 during the setup phase. On the roll of a 1
Teutatis carries a special banner, the Whispering Standard. On a 6 Teutatis
mounts a Vortex Missile and on a 2-5 he mounts a Turbo-Boosted Multiple
Rocket Launcher.

The Whispering Standard is an ancient banner possessing poorly understood
powers. It whispers taunts, threats and secrets into the minds of enemies
nearby while sending thoughts of encouragement and serenity to nearby
friendly units. This is too much for most enemies to take who lapse into
hysteria. Even Orks are displeased by these funny thoughts. Daemons on the
other hand are immune to its powers. All enemy units within 25cm must take
and pass a morale check or go on fallback orders. All friendly units within
25cm automatically pass any morale checks they are forced to take.
