This brings up an interesting clarification: "does a leaders warp jump bonus
apply to itself and the unit is affects. The only fair answer is YES,
otherwise it is kinda dumb to have the commander "out-jumped" by the
detachment he leads.
Therefore the bonus applies to itself and the unit it leads.
