Net epic groups file clean up

Hi!

Since the files section was somewhat cluttered so I clean it up. These
are the new instructions for uploading files:

There are two main folders:

Images
Non-images

Under images place all files that are in any image format like JPEG,
GIF, etc.
Under non-images all text files of whatever format.

The Images main folder is divided into:

Army cards- members may download the new epic army cards
Templates- all titan templates or vehicle templates
Misc- everything that isn't one of the above

The Non-images folder is divided into:

Net epic 4.1 files
Heresy files
New units
Misc- anything that doesn't fall under the three above.

Please limit file size to 500K, if you have anything bigger than that,
contact me first.
