Now I'm truly puzzeled if you have no moralscore, then you won't have
anything to test against. For instance a power used against Robots or
Necrons they wouldn't suddenly recieve a more score of 1! They have no
morale, thus all powers based on a moral test is useless against these
units! The same applies to a detachment joined by a Confessor and should
also apply to any imperial units within 25 cm of the inquisitor.

Right, this works as you say except for the few Chaos powers that say "even
if the unit has a morale of 1 they still need to test, and if a one is
rolled they fail" For some of the powers have modifiers, Thus turning a 1
morale into a 3. Thus these guys can fail.
