Hi!

First, they are optional, so there is no need to "restrict" them
because they are already restricted by being optional. Squat
praetorians are special cards, so those slots are usually reserved for
them, so making these "special cards" will most certaintly mean they
wont be used. These units are pretty low key, I'd leave them as is,
but I definately make their move 10cm, they are squats, they ARE SLOW.
Besides couple this with transports and you got too much mobility.
