I think every army has a little bit of everything, something that deviates from their "main theme" but in very small numbers.
Orks has some nifty artillery in ttheir shock attack guns, tractor cannons and lifta droppas, SM has great firepower in their titans, Eldar has a very cheap assaultunits in their windriderhost, thy also have slow superheavvies. Chaos can also use titans and has their dreaded cannons of Khorne, IG has ogryns and very good assaulttroopers in their cavalry.
