They're S5 and Sv2+ in 40k, plus they can morph short range and CC weapons.
CAF has to be at least +2. Only offset by massive points cost and an
inability to charge anything.

More like a choice of:

>1 shot 25cm 4+TH -3 SV Meltas
>2 shot 50cm 5+TH -1 SV Autocannon
>1 shot 75cm 5+TH -2 SV Lascannon
