Don't you think the cost is a bit low on this, considering it can deploy
anywhere and has a mega cannon and a 60cm range and can be deployed
anywhere? Also, in second edition, most drop pods did not open.(you had to
roll a 5+ to open them). These should cost somethink like 80 points. I
think a better idea would be give it a weaker weapon. (Maybe a 25cm
anti-tank shot) and leave the cost the same. I think pods should have
relativly short ranged weapons. They are just there to clear the landing
area.

This is a better cost. It attacks all units in a 20cm radius. This is
pretty nasty. It would not do much to tanks, but would devastats infantry
detachments. How about give it a 8 fp attack? If you have 5 of them that is
40 fp!! That should be enough to do it.
Since the deathwinds are one use only they are ok. But the cost on that
first one is just way to cheap. No offence or anything.
