No, I don't think so.

What abilities does the Preachers, Missionaries and Confessors have?

Better Leadership, think of them as Commisars, + improvements to the
sacred rights table, can join other Imperial Squads not just the Sisters.

What is the difference in stats between the Battle Sisters and the
Seraphim?

+1 to Ld, WS and BS (Think of them as veterans)

What kind of Relics are there?

There are many items similar to various wargear cards
